Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Projektet Flexlease aim is to investigate the possibilities of offering flexible office contracts in the commercial real estate rental market. The goal is to be able to offer shorter bonding times, lower deposits and a more efficient use of premises in a sustainable way, in order for companies to avoid wasting time and capital outside their core business. Following the project completion, we have developed a offer that has attracted more number of customers, which includes several start-ups, tech companies and small businesses.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Among the potential tenants we have been in contact with, the response has been good. Where the outcome did not become as expected was mainly in the opportunities to create collaborations with major real estate players, these have generally been skeptical of Flexlease as a concept since they either wanted to own the deal themselves, or did not see how the the offer should fit into their business. This has resulted in the outcome being lower than forecast. At the end of the project, the operations of the Flexlease project turnover 3.5M SEK on an annual basis.
