Important results from the project

A basic function is that the tool acts as a guide through the verification process and ensures that a journalist systematically carries out the verification. After verification, the analysis can be securely locked with and shared within or between editors. The tool also includes a review of existing verification tools

Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Initially, the work of editors was studied to map how they worked with fact verification. In the evaluation of the project, it was concluded that there should have been a clearer link between this initial work and the development work. The challenges that the project came to deal with in the final stage could have been avoided if the development had occurred iteratively in closer cooperation with the various members of the team. In the final stage, a UX consultant was also involved who should have participated in the development from the start.
