Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** A model for strengthened business collaboration and increased exchange of knowledge with universities has been developed. The model is based on competence development of employees in industry who are offered the opportunity to stay at a university. By raising the competence level of the individual and increasing awareness of the respective organizations, collaboration is strengthened at the same time as the receiving university / department / research group / education gains new perspectives on its activities that contribute to its development.
