Important results from the project

The model is based on competence development of employees in industry who are offered the opportunity to stay at a university. By raising the competence level of the individual and increasing awareness of the respective organizations, collaboration is strengthened at the same time as the receiving university / department / research group / education gains new perspectives on its activities that contribute to its development.
