Important results from the project

The purpose of Inova´s participation was to take part of the sharing of experience and other activities offered by SISP and Vinnova during the project period. The aim was to further develop Inova´s work processes and to establish relationships with other incubators in the country for sharing of experience.

Expected long term effects

Cooperation with the incubators linked to the innovation office "Fyrklövern" was developed with focus on exchange of experience and internationalization. The Peer Review process gave Inova a clear way forward to, with the support of other incubators, load new energy, skills and new ways of working based on the reality that the market in Värmland offers. However, the project did not go on as planned. Inova´s main financiers did not extend their funding to Inova after 2016 and decisions were made to discontinue the incubator business.

Approach and implementation

Inova has participated in most activities organized by SISP/Vinnova -managing director, incubator manager and communicator . The project has taken part in SISP´s Erfa meetings during the year and conducted a Peer Review process with the incubators Jönköping, Inkubera and SU Innovation. The ERFA program have been of great benefit to Inova in various areas. Participation at SISP´s meetings has given both energy and opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues in the industry.
