Important results from the project
Reflecting upon this goal we could clearly claim that the goal has been fulfilled namely in relation to: - Identifying and networking with more then 20 companies and institutions with a common interest for projects - Identify possible funding instruments that can be utilised to establish new cooperations - Get inspiration from existing projects as well as great panels and keynote speakers.
Expected long term effects
The direct effects of the participation in the Eureka Innovation Days in Helsinki has been continuing discussions for followup project ideas with the following companies and institutions: Swesis AB, Vision Inc, Global R&D Center (Korea), SimLab IT (Finland), Hi Iberia, Smart Inventory, Vrt (Belgium), Linnaeus University, Helsinki University and company Solita (Finland).
Approach and implementation
The analysis of the project application and the results of the participation would say that ended up within the expectations. The only drawback, has been the missed opportunity for B2B matchmaking as a result omitting the registration. Nevertheless, as the event offered plenty of the opportunities for networking and matchmaking we would say that this did not affected the fulfilment of the project goals. A great and unplanned event has been Korea-Sweden joint lunch, that offered great opportunities and contacts for cooperation with companies and institutions in Korea.
