Important results from the project

During the project, Acerni AB wanted to commercialise their wireless sensor for monitoring electric fences, Equardian Fence, and release the associated app, Equardian App. Due to the global semiconductor shortage that arose as a result of the Corona pandemic, the project was greatly delayed. During the long waiting times for components, the focus was therefore shifted to strengthening the company´s position for the upcoming market introduction. We now believe that the company is well prepared and is ready to launch its products.

Expected long term effects

During the project, we have developed our product, our offer and our business model based on the feedback we have received from our customers. During the project period, many overthrown events have occurred, both nationally and globally, and we have tried our best to adapt both product and offer for these new circumstances. We believe that this work has led to the fact that we can now offer a significantly better product that can add even greater value to our customers.

Approach and implementation

During the project, we have continued to maintain a close dialogue with our customers and have carried out several field tests to further understand our customers´ problems. We have also worked up new supplier contacts and see that we now have a strong team that works efficiently together.
