Important results from the project
Through gamification contribute to a high quality and practical tool to schools and parents where they together with the children can develop emotional intelligence. The tool will inspire conversations about feelings, empathy and friendship.
Expected long term effects
Increased awareness in children and adults (both in schools and homes) around Emotional Intelligence through the tool Peppy Pals.
Approach and implementation
During the development of the game Peppy Pals 2, we have involved Vendestigens school and preschool through games testings on both children and teachers to customize the game to suit their needs. We have even had continued collaboration with researchers from Professor Annika Waern to link research closer to development.
