Important results from the project

Our aim and objective in participating in the Vinnova project was to increase our knowledge of system solutions and a mission-oriented approach and our collaboration with other civil society organizations with the common goal of creating solutions for a more equal education. Our aim was that it would result in a co-created pilot project that we test under 2022-24.This has been achieved by us being part of a team of several organizations where we together designed a prototype for system solution, which will be defined in detail in the coming months for implementation to start in end of 2022.

Expected long term effects

In addition to the designing of a pilot project, our expected result is also evidence and scaling up of solutions. The pilot project shall therefore contain a good structure for impact measuring, such as impact on students´ grades and well-being, in order to, based on evidence, demonstrate the effects to municipalities for scale-up. Another results is that our participation has resulted in increased collaboration with other organizations, and we are currently looking at how we can collaborate in our regular operations even outside the framework of the pilot project.

Approach and implementation

The project has been carried out according to plan and we have participated in the learning initiative´s 4 learning sesions and 2 workshops as planned. The structure and methodology of the learning effort has been very good and effective with a clear direction for the co-creation of a number of prototypes for system solutions that will be tested starting in 2022. The implementation has created a good basis for achieving the goal of creating prototypes that contribute to our common vision of a more equal education.
