Important results from the project

The aviation industry is facing major demands for reduction of fuel consumption and emissions. In military aircraft electrical power, supplied with cooling, increases. One consequence is a need for new technologies. To evaluate different technologies, a broader approach where the impact on whole aircraft level can be evaluated is required. Robust, multi-disciplinary, model-based methods for effective evaluation of new technologies are essential to deal with new technologies. The intention is to address the modeling environment within an Extended Design Office Concept, EDOC.
