Important results from the project
Simple Ledgers Sverige AB have reached the goal to understand the market need to transform the bookkeeping into the next level of simplicity and automation. By using state of the art cloud based technology, built for global scale, we are able to separate the language logic from the accounting principles. We have proven this by delivering a first ´clickable´ prototype/beta of the application.
Expected long term effects
Simple Ledgers Sverige AB intend to move from a prototype version to a full scale commercial application for the Swedish pilot market within 6 months, followed by the american markets. We have also been able to identify parts of the solution that can be ´broken out´ and introduced as separate commercial product in their own specific markets/domains.
Approach and implementation
We have followed the decided project plan, where we worked with the market conditions inside and outside Sweden. We developed a clickable prototype to understand the users challenges. Finally we analyzed the organisation needed for a global expansion, including a fully scalable support model. We asve worked in iterations, with continuous validations with our target audience. We have chosen to work with external parties in order to give new insights and broader perspectives.
