Important results from the project
The main objective for this project will be the design of wired and wireless broadband access networks. The design goal is the stability of services deployed in these networks.
Expected long term effects
The project will have an impact in several ways. First, the plan is that Maria Kihl can apply to become a full professor after the project. During the project, she will publish papers in both journals and high standard conferences. Both Acreo and Ericsson are participating in Vinnova-funded projects that are related to this project.
Approach and implementation
Maria Kihl will work at Acreo and Ericsson during the first two years of the project. The work will be performed in collaboration with related projects at Acreo and Ericsson, the first two years mainly the Celtic-Vinnova project TRAMMS. During the last year, Maria Kihl is stationed at LTH.
