Approach and implementation

The plan was to carry out 8 thematic workshops, designed to tackle the industry partners´ specific business model challenges and promote collaborations between the various the actors. Generalized lessons were to be documented and disseminated to Drive Swedens´s partners. This has also been implemented. The lab has developed its methodology, increasingly focusing on concrete problems and solutions requiring business model development.
