These cases have in common that work in practice has removed barriers to commercialization through business modeling, development or completely new BMs and the establishment of partnerships to remove barriers to commercialization.

Freelway´s business modeling has resulted in a new service for on demand traffic at destinations that have been launched. Luvly has resulted in a new AM for the company´s patented production process, which enables competitive advantages for carriers such as Bring.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The implementation of BML scale up has gone according to plan. The BML team conducted several workshops, interviews, match making with partners / potential customers designed to develop and verify business models. The methodology in BML scale up is based on in-depth business modeling, use of tools such as Business Model canvas and value proposition canvas, verification with customers and partners to test hypothesis. In general, the work with cases was carried out according to this method. However, each case naturally involved several unique parts.
