Important results from the project
The purpose was during this period to build a prototype (MVP) applicable on mobile, tablet and computer, for B2B donations between beneficiary customer and donation customer. We have named our service, Gagnat. We have built an MVP and created a website for information and registration of interest in the platform. In addition to this, we have paying pilot customers.
Expected long term effects
The result of this project period is an MVP of the digital donation platform. In the MMV it is possible to set up / register furniture for donation and it is possible to book for furniture. So far, registration of customer information and administration of bookings is done manually. These tasks were prioritized to get a working version of registration and display of furniture and in this way get the transactions started. The platform is a stripped-down version and new features are added in sprints in two weeks by the developers. Expected effect are transactions via the platform.
Approach and implementation
It started with contract Just arrived / Just tech for the development of the platform. The consulting firm saw that we could buy an existing similar platform to "cut some corners" and reach further for the money. After that, developers were put to modify and tweak features to suit Gagnat´s purposes. Continuous meetings with the developers have taken place and the various tasks have been performed in sprints. The search for pilot testers has taken place in parallel and testing has begun. In addition to this, a plan has been developed to make the company and the service investment ready.
