Important results from the project
Industrial steel development and implementation is generally an inefficient manual process. In this project, we have worked with further development of a software and customer offering that can change this situation. We develop software to simulate steel based on machine learning and large databases to streamline the development and implementation of steel. In collaboration with partner companies, we have validated and further developed our offer to customers and we have also developed an improved sales strategy.
Expected long term effects
The project has resulted in an improved offer to the customer and an improved sales strategy. Furthermore, it has resulted in follow-up projects together with strategic partners who have great interest in the software for their own development.
Approach and implementation
The project was divided into three parts: i) validation in development projects, ii) development of customer strategy, iii) development of the customer offer for the next step. All parts of the project have proceeded according to plan and we have managed to achieve the set goals for each part.
