Important results from the project
To test a tool for public and private organizations to create digital sharing and collaboration platforms for sustainable change in times of crisis. After completed pilots, the tool is judged to have good potential to simplify this platform building, and catalyze sharing and collaboration that can contribute to more individuals and organizations being involved and together finding solutions to each other´s problems. That is, a growing range of services based on strengthened local division and collaboration, which in turn can contribute to faster adjustments in times of crisis.
Expected long term effects
By making it easier for actors to create digital sharing and collaboration platforms themselves, the project has contributed to new opportunities to find solutions to problems that have arisen for people and businesses in the wake of the crisis, and to new conditions for change. Ie opportunities based on increased sharing and collaboration with eg individuals who have just been released from affected industries, aid organizations and volunteers who are willing to lend a helping hand, or companies that are ready for new ways to offer their goods and services to various crisis-stricken.
Approach and implementation
Has run pilots with actors from different sectors to test a tool, designed for them to develop digital sharing and collaboration platforms themselves. Through users & need owners who have been successful in creating and testing their own platform solutions, expectations for the tool have been strengthened. The tool has, among other things, supported volunteer coordination (within aid organizations), resource sharing (between students at universities), company matchmaking (for wind farm projects), local service exchanges (in smaller communities with local associations).
