Important results from the project
The purpose and goal of this project is to develop a prototype of web-based tools that simplifies administration and save time and money for craftsmen and construction companies. The project goals are: 1) Develop a prototype where information flows and usability in UX has been validated 2) Secure our hypothesis for business model Goals 1 and 2 above have been fulfilled.
Expected long term effects
A prototype of web-based tools has been developed where information flows and user-friendliness in UX have been tested and validated by eight construction companies. Expected effect: Easy use of the application for craftsmen and staff at construction companies. The business model and price model has been validated.
Approach and implementation
During the project, HandyDay AB and Sandström & Andreasson IT Solution AB, has in collaboration with eight construction companies , developed a prototype of web-based tools. The prototype has been developed based on requirements from the construction companies. Development and testing of the prototype has been iterated several times. The construction companies have tested and validated user-friendliness and information flows in the prototype. During the project, our hypothesis for business model and offer was anchored with the construction companies.
