The project´s objective includes: 1. Develop a specific value proposition and a clear positioning towards the public sector. 2. Build and test a Beta version that can demonstrate the practical utility of the tool. 3. Test the product against the market

Planned approach and implementation

Prototype and Validation: We develop a first prototype to quickly test our ideas in practice. 3. Development of Beta: Using insights from the validation phase we develop a beta version of the product that contains the core features and is ready to be tested by a larger user group. 4. Beta Launch: The beta version is launched to a select group of users to gather valuable feedback and insights.
