Important results from the project
The project will be of importance for the development of effective processes that can help large companies to increase their innovativeness. At the same time we will develop processes that support co-operation and co-action between entrepreneurs and small comanies on one side and large companies on the other. We will create networks and arenas for co-action based on open innovation. A world class test bed for food innovation will be constructed. Result: Key factors has been identified. Tools and analytical models as well as work processes have been developed.
Expected long term effects
The project will enhance the innovation ability in companies. It will also enriched the cooperation between entrepreneurs and large companies. Southern Sweden will be world class arena for food innovations. The analyses tools and the change models will be exported.
