Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to do an initial evaluation of our business idea around a plant based cheese. We have successfully achieved technical breakthroughs, improved our understanding around production and taken important decisions around a market plan. We now feel our business idea is validated and that we are ready to take the next step with our company.
Expected long term effects
The results of the project is that we now have two different technical breakthroughs around methods of producing plant based cheese, we have a good understanding around various production options and a market plan. Given all this we have recruited another 2 scientists to help accelerate our development of existing technologies and new products.
Approach and implementation
The project was performed as planned with literature studies, lab work and meetings with both external parties and consumers. No big surprises arose.
