The goals of developing a collaborative model, anchoring it with stakeholders, exploring opportunities for funding and establishing an organization for this have all been achieved. A collaborative model has been developed, for communication, legal structure and business model and anchored among interested companies in Sweden. The offer has been presented in China, resulting in business-related discussions. Several funding opportunities have been investigated.
Expected long term effects
Expected effects and results were greater growth opportunities for Swedish companies through joint offer and support. The project result was to validate business opportunities and assess how the players can jointly deliver, as well as to create a platform for the consortium. The results have been achieved - a platform is created with a number of companies having signed an NDA, the consortium and its solutions have been presented and validated in China, resulting in a number of leads that are now actively followed up. Customized complete solutions can now be developed according to demand.
