Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to use external help in order to get a good sales and market competence transfered to Mevia both being delivered, and transferring that knowledge internally. The aim was also to create the structure that helps accelerate sales.
Expected long term effects
Through the project, we have developed a communication & marketing plan that we can use to clarify and strengthen Mevia´s offer. We have also already been able to use it to support a new employee
Approach and implementation
The work was carried out in 4 parts where we worked together to gather information from the company and adapt it to the specialised competence that Perceptive took part in the project. Through the project, we have got a clearer picture of how we will communicate and take our product to the market
