Important results from the project
We have implemented technical and pedagogical improvements in InkRapp in order to gain a more functional and user friendly incubator reporting system. We have decreased the risk of collecting defective data and have reviewed the possibilities and obstacles for using InkRapp for benchmark purposes. The project aim and goal is thereby fulfilled.
Expected long term effects
Implemented changes on technical platform and user manuals such as; obsolete data fields have been removed, e.g. foreign origin; simplified reporting procedure by decreased nr of answering alternatives where it has prior been confusing or overlapping.; added system updates with potential to strengthen the collective learning and expertise e.g. input fields on the global goals and increased possibilities to benchmark. Overall positive feedback received and we hope more incubators will start using it for their own organizational learning and development.
Approach and implementation
The implementation have been carried out according to the project time plan. The detailed project plan along with a great team, have been the main strengths in order to keep with the schedule and reach the project targets. It has been very instructive to test the implemented updates during the reporting period; technical bugs have been detected faster and user manuals have been continuously adjusted according to user questions and feedback.
