Important results from the project
The project Development of gamifierad employee survey is to create a new validated employee survey model consisting of work processes , web-based software, the reference benchmark database and analytical method complies with current and modern game theories. The system replaces the older model ESI ( Employee Satisfaction Index ) and engages both managers, employees , managers, and manages the ongoing measurable results instead of today state usually conducted annually and are managed by a staff function . The aim is to develop the former needs analysis a step further.
