Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The aim was to take a first step in establishing a national work around API specifications in the field of welfare technology. The goal was to identify how and where the interfaces and APIs in the municipalities´ system flora are found. Another goal of the preliminary study was to initiate a follow-up project to deepen the work and not lose momentum in the work. In the fall of 2022, Inera has started an assignment where the focus is the development of an architectural concept and proposal for reference architecture based on the feasibility study.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The preliminary study has chosen to use a model that focuses on logical components and interface areas between them and based on these to identify and categorize needs and conditions. By concluding behind common principles and specifications, greater synergy effects are obtained in the development and management of interoperability specifications. The outcome leads to the further work on reference architecture that has been started.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The preliminary study gathered material from previous investigations and websites belonging to authorities and municipalities in Sweden as well as material previously produced by, for example, Inera. A model for API analysis was developed which has been agreed with municipalities and suppliers in the field of welfare technology. The project chose to do semi-structured in-depth interviews with a few suppliers instead of broad questionnaires in order to fine-tune the analysis and listen to their input to get greater depth in the feedback.
