Important results from the project
The aim of the pilot is a coaching service for youth that result in their personal digital strength profile and give businesses and organisations an opportunity to interact with their creative capacity. The objective of the pilot was to test the concept challenges. The objective of the initial phase was to test the concept and develop process and testing tools that has got a distinct design but need further development to establish a service to companies and organisations.
Expected long term effects
Evaluation is very positive from participants and companies. Participating youth are very satisfied, a unique personal profile has been shaped, recruitment professionals mean that the video-profile complement existing tools and there is great potential to the develop the service further. The expectations are to develop to serve more youth in all Sweden. Closer collaboration with Universities and the National Employment Agency will offer an opportunity for dynamic young groups that solve new challenges.
Approach and implementation
The project used Design Thinking for its own development and invited participants to develop method, process and video-profile. It was an appreciated and successful approach to use young creative capabilities to develop Creative Hub at the same time as they met a challenge and formed their strength profile. The way of working resulted in an innovative dynamic to the project that will be used continuously to refine and develop new tools and services.
