Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The IP check helped us to identify and document our intangible assets and find a structured and a value-creating way to manage these in the future. We have increased the company´s understanding of intangible assets and established a strategy for a value creating process around intangible assets in aim to maximize the company´s commercial opportunities.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The result exceeds our expectations and enables the company to work methodically with a clear picture of which IP assets are important and how these should be built, managed and secured through agreements. The combination of a workshop, own work, discussions with the consultant and a thorough written report have provided the company with a good foundation and increased competence regarding the intangible assets that exist today and may arise in the future in the company.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Moment A resulted in the identification and mapping of the intangible assets and a vision / target image through a workshop and analysis of the innovation process. Moment B gave us a comparative global outlook in aim to identify existing similar solutions that correspond to Create Sparks´s core assets in order to determine the uniqueness and security of assets. Moment C ended the project with analysis, summation and a report with suggestions on the best suitable strategy for now and in the future.
