Important results from the project

The project was planned for a future EU-funded project proposal to collaborate with academic and industrial partners in the EU. The project partners have worked together on this feasibility study for the development of potential research projects. The main outcomes of the project: 1) Submission of three EU applications during the project period, which corresponds to the planned area. 2) Expansion of academic networks for past and future collaborations. 3) Three relevant publications were produced.

Expected long term effects

The main results are: 1) submission of 3 EU proposals related to CPS-based resilience for critical infrastructure protection. 2) Expanding the academic network and building collaboration through the project consortia and various online meetings /workshops /conferences. 3) Production of 3 publications in this area. The short term impact is the joint EU proposals submitted. The long term impact is the potential collaboration for further projects and other collaborations.

Approach and implementation

The pandemic has prevented the originally planned physical meetings with the EU partners, although we hope to have the chance to organize physical meetings with some extension. We had to use the existing network to form consortia for the EU applications. Some online workshops/seminars/conferences will help us to expand our network and reach some interesting partners. The project could help us to establish long-term cooperation with newly identified partners during the project activities.
