Important results from the project
A good overview of potential customers in the two studied markets was created and formed the basis for the company´s marketing strategy for the Swedish market.
Expected long term effects
The project has led to customized product offerings developed together with potential customers and stakeholders such as government agencies and industry associations. The project also led to a previously unidentified market proved to be very interesting. During the project, one new coworker was recruited and contacts were established resulting in later recruitment of another. More than 180 customers have been contacted.
Approach and implementation
The project plan has been the foundation for implementation of the project and has been complied with few exceptions. Resources have especially focused on calling and visiting customers in order to increase the understanding of market needs and thus adapt the product offering.
