Important results from the project
The project has coordinated the strategic innovation program LIGHTer (name change took place 200601) during phase 2. SIP LIGHTer is planned to run in four phases. The goal of SIP LIGHTer is to implement what is described in the Lightweight Agenda. The six-year evaluation that SIP LIGHTer underwent in 2019 came to the following summary conclusion: "SIP LIGHTer is a well-managed and well-functioning programme that has succeeded in creating a cross-industry lightweight arena for Sweden. The evaluation shows that the program has created the conditions to achieve all its impact goals. "

Approach and implementation
The programme management has included three people. Services in communication have been developed together with an external communication agency. The board and management team have each had four meetings a year plus at least one strategy meeting each. We have arranged 38 workshops. SIP Lättvikt has a strong focus on collaboration. Travel has therefore been common and we have tried to meet with key partners Close to where they work. We have collaborated to a large extent with other SIPs. We have strongly increased our international cooperation.
