The purpose of Legly is a tool for users who, regardless of legal expertise, should be able to review a business contract.
Expected long term effects
Legly uses artificial intelligence to review business contracts for pitfalls, hidden costs and breaches to the user´s playbook. Sellers, buyers and legal counsels save time in the review while getting a better picture of what to adjust before signing.
Approach and implementation
Strong AI-algorithms and an user-friendly interface are key to the projects success. Therefore, the project has been divided into three equal phases that deal with the preparation and development of software and the interface.
