Important results from the project

We are about to scale up our marketing and sales of our industrial Internet of Things platform for heavy industry via a modern digital channel. For this to succeed, we need to become significantly clearer in our communication and build trust even with those we do not physically meet. To succeed, we need to be much clearer than we are today and think more modern and scalable to succeed in reaching a world market with limited resources that a small company has.

Expected long term effects

The problems we solve and customer values we create are something we need to be better at communicating and explaining, while identifying who our customer groups are. Something we practiced from the first to the last moment in the TINC program, which was very educational and useful for us. Likewise, we have thought differently compared to many other market strategies that Nordic companies have, which we received very good sparring in the US and poured courage in daring to continue on that path.

Approach and implementation

It is noted that the TINC program has been run several times now that the program´s structure and chronological order was very mature and constantly created insights where the subsequent seminar and meeting took place. The mentors TINC associated with the program were very responsive, helpful and competent, a group of mentors we ourselves would not have been able to associate with. The breadth of these mentors is a prerequisite, but that they had such diametrically different opinions was of the utmost importance to be able to question and support every thought we had.
