Important results from the project

The exchange ceilings are calculated for generations locally and nationally. The need to find other methods to carry out the projects has been investigated. The methodology was based on carrying out a service/function and innovation procurement where parts of the problem solution are left to the procured contractor.
Expected long term effects

All have developed positively during 2024. The expected effect, with support of cutting-edge expertise, is primarily that the procurement can be carried out. In the medium term, the project has strengthened the knowledge of the municipality.
Approach and implementation

A number of actors and the municipality have participated in dialogue. The municipality´s steering group for the project has met about 2 times a month and pushed the project forward with the contracting excellence as a strong expert support. Regarding communication, the project has been made visible through a vision picture during the O-ring in 2024 when a section is moved in the current town of Rosenfors, Hultsfreds municipality.
