The purpose of the project is to build a sustainable business model based on our protected innovation, that matches our customers needs and thus makes a successful sale from out side We succeeded with our goal. Our first products was delivered to our first customer during the project period.

Increase network and relationship with all parties in the value chain. Get verification of the potential together with the customers. Develop suitable business models that applies to the current market segments Today, we have laid the foundation for a business model, based on customer needs, which also deference the distribution parts wishes.
Approach and implementation
Focus has always been about how a sharp sale will be conducted in order to obtain a standard approach, a business model. We feel that we are on a good track, but the product and the market offer is so brand new that it will be too early to say that we found the best solution.
