Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Validio builds software that helps companies monitor and validate data in real time through machine learning and statistical tests, so that data to be used for analysis and decision-making is of good quality. The project aims to commercialize the product, ie. productification, marketing, and intensification of customer dialogues with the aim of implementing the product with additional paying customers (as well as possibly adapting functionality based on verified customer needs). The project has resulted in additional paying customers.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The ambition of the project was to 1) Acquire more customers, 2) Development of a first "self-service version" of the product, which can be downloaded and used by the customers themselves and 3) High recognition factor among (potential) customers regarding Validio´s software and value proposition. Validio´s investments in marketing and sales have resulted in several new paying customers as well as a high recognition factor among potential customers. We have also taken concrete steps to soon launch our "self-service" solution at Cloud Marketplaces.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The implementation of the project consisted of 3 areas. 1) Marketing & sales: Validio has doubled the size of the commercial team and acquired more paying customers. 2) Customization of the software (front-end and backend) based on verified customer needs: Validio has adapted the software based on customer feedback from new (and existing) customers to achieve an even better product-market fit. 3) Technical sales: Validio´s tech team has supported the commercial team in customer dialogues, something that has succeeded and resulted in new customers.
