Important results from the project
The goal was to be at the forefront of augmented reality and geolocation in skills assurance regarding employee safety. The purpose of the project was to add additional competitiveness and innovative height to the innovation solution Exagard. And by extension create a safer work environment.
Expected long term effects
Expected effects were to generate sufficient data for continued investments in these areas. This resulted in a prototype and documentation that was compiled. A number of problems with different performance between devices were identified and built into the API at the same time. The results have paved the way for the right type of continued investment in the areas.
Approach and implementation
Three sub-steps in the project: 1. Augmented Reality 2. Geolocation 3. Interaction between Part 1 and 2 In parallel with the investigation of the areas, an Advisory Board was consulted on an ongoing basis regarding the practical application in the relevant customer segments. This is to ensure the right market adaptation and relevance for real companies.
