Important results from the project
Purpose with ´combined analysis and testing´ is to find errors in early development phases och thereby reduce the testing effort, reduce total verification time and cost, quality increase and shorter time-to-market. The purpose with a tool platform is to combine tools from different vendors in the same environment. The platform is based on known standard, OSLC (Open Services Lifcycle Collaboration), with certain MBAT specifik additions called MBAT IOS (Interoperability Standard). Evaluation shows that desired advantages can be reached also in large scale product development.
Expected long term effects
Result from the project is MBAT technology integrated in an RTP. Expected effects to apply these technologies are higher effiency regarding verification.
Approach and implementation
In the project industrial use cases have been used to derive the industrial needs in terms of MBAT technology and beased on these needs new technology has been developed and applied on the same use cases. The feasibility has been evaluated both qualitatively and quantitatively.
