The project has fulfilled the goals by creating a result consisting of an articulated customer journey , price strategy, communication plan, go to market strategy and a prototype which is ready for demonstration.

Expected long term effects

A customer journey has been developed based on different customer surveys which shows the need. It also makes clear that Skiras place on the market is in conjunction with sales and business. Especially the decisions about when, where och what price Skira’s platsform will be a help.

Approach and implementation

A lot of focus when choosing how to implement the project has been on user interaction. There has for example been workshops, phone calls, farm visits, meeting with crop advisors, polls, mail with market analysis including feedback and also studies of data sources and the development potential in the platform. This arrangement turned out to be good and we believe it is very important with a lot of customer interaction since we want to make sure what we develop is also needed
