Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The goal for CoAction Lunds´s planning phase was to establish the organization, plan the work for the practical phase and collaborate around a large-scale change in mobility and energy for a climate-neutral Lund. The purpose of the entire CoAction Lund is to demonstrate how cooperation between many organizations can lead to reduced emissions in the transport sector and with an energy system that promotes available electrical power and energy sharing.

Expected long term effects

Much work has been done to produce plans for the implementation of the practical phase. The direct effect is that it is now possible to carry out the practical phase in a credible manner. The long-term effect is that the long-term cooperation leads to increased trust between the organizations and that new and stronger measures can be taken to reduce the transport sector´s climate emissions. The long-term effect will also be a more flexible and resource-efficient energy system and that much more local electricity can be produced and shared in a new distributed electricity network.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** A lot of work has gone into meeting, agreeing on what can and should be done and planning and budgeting the work. The work has been done at different levels, from large meetings to small working groups. The interest and commitment from municipality, universities, as well as small and large companies has been great as everyone shares the same objective of becoming climate neutral and wants to contribute to positive social development.
