Important results from the project

The overall purpose of Coaction is to attract more growth capital to high-tech start-ups by initiating a new, unique Nordic B2B cross-sector venture fund in collaboration with industrial players. Such a fund would also have a strategically important role in the development of the Swedish innovation system, attract international capital, gather sector information and catalyze knowledge transfers. The fund would also serve as an important complement to existing regional seed investors, incubators and accelerators.

Expected long term effects

A fund proposal has been developed in collaboration with the industry, and presentation material has also been completed. Presentations conducted with both national / international institutional investors and with corporates. Resources have been invested in mapping both the eco-environment both nationally and internationally and in communicating knowledge about the industry´s challenges of financing early innovation in different sectors. Partner at "Park Annual 2020" (speakers and participens from over 20 countries) with a specific focus on "Sector Convergence".

Approach and implementation
