Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project´s objective was to produce a well-founded conceptual reusable packaging that works in a circular logistics flow. The goal has been a functional solution that meets the stakeholders´ different eligibility requirements. The project has also had the objective of studying whether there are environmentally and economically advantageous reasons for using reusable packaging and to spread the knowledge from the project´s studies to various stakeholders, including Sweden´s municipalities and regions.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The developed concept of a reusable box meets the identified requirements and expectations from stakeholders and other eligibility requirements such as regulatory. Because the box is conceptual, its functionality in connection with real tests could not be confirmed. The results from the system analysis carried out clearly show that a reusable box, provided it has a long shelf life, is an environmentally and economically defensible alternative to disposable boxes.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project work has been divided into 5 different work packages, each with its own aim and objective. The work has been conducted interactively with project partners through direct contact, digital meetings and creative workshops. A test of a box in a limited flow has also been carried out by one of the project partners. The accumulated knowledge and experience has been compiled in a final report that will be disseminated via the various project team´s various social channels and via the project partners´ networks.
