Important results from the project

The project met its goals of strengthening AI competence within the organization and resulted in valuable outcomes. We developed an AI-supported chatbot that has gained national internal interest and created materials to share AI knowledge and the design process internally and externally. The collaboration with RISE provided new insights that enhance our long-term innovation capacity. The design process used has been integrated into our workflow, enabling development and greater efficiency.

Expected long term effects

The project is expected to have long-term effects by strengthening the organization’s ability to utilize AI and drive innovation. Our collaboration with RISE provided tools to further explore AI as a support for organizational development. The chatbot prototype allows for tailored AI solutions for specific study circles, enhancing our offerings as partner. Over time, more time will also be freed up for personal contact with study leaders, benefiting the quality of our activities.

Approach and implementation

The project focused on enhancing AI skills and using a design process to improve operations. Over six months, staff participated in three training sessions, deepening their understanding of the Double Diamond design process and AI concepts. In parallel, the project team conducted a design process to develop an AI prototype with RISE’s support, gaining critical insights that led to a target group shift. The collaboration with RISE was inspiring and laid a strong foundation for future development.
