Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to find a concept for small and medium-sized companies to engage more in the working environment around their chemical products. The objective was to evaluate a system prototype with at least 10 companies. Thanks to the project, we have had the opportunity to talk with many "downstream users", retailers and other associations. It has given us a very good picture of what is required to create a full-scale system that will revolutionize the industry. We have created a prototype and evaluated it in more than expected companies with very good results.
Expected long term effects
The result of the project is very positive. We have received very good response from both downstream users, retailers / manufacturers and especially different environmental organizations. We have created a prototype of the solution we have evaluated together with a number of companies. The feedback has been so positive that we scrambling expectations considerably and believe that if we manage to create a full-scale system, we will be able to reach more than 30,000 companies within a year. We have also seen that through offering a free version, requests for our payment services increase.
Approach and implementation
The project was well defined and has been able to implement without major deviations. The layout of the project was very successful. We first conducted a "market research". Based on information from potential users and partners, we created a prototype. The prototype we evaluated together with those who had been involved and set the requirements. By delivering a lot of the potential customers desired we have received a lot of positive response. We have primarily focused on "demanding" users, because their requirements have often been well founded and essential to other users as well.
