Important results from the project
The goal of the project was to finalize our product and businessplan, and these things has been progressing according to plan. The development of the product has even surpassed expectations, which meant that we could carry out the launch earlier than expected.
Expected long term effects
The effect of that we have reached the goals of the project is that now we both have launched our product, and can now initiate a powerful sales work. Another effect is that we now have a finished product and succeeded in getting customers is that we now also significantly better opportunities to find external investors to continue to take the project further.
Approach and implementation
The implementation of the project has run very smoothly. Both the development of the system but also the market parts, such as setting up a businessplan has actually gone faster than we had planned. Since the implementation of these parts gone faster than we expected, we have during the project also been able to start further development already.
