Important results from the project
The in-depth knowledge has helped Texray to strengthen its position according to the objectives we had before the start. The goal was to, through strategic analysis and evaluation of evidence and publications, build a scinetific och strong platform to enable commercialization and the implementation of our new innovation. The new knowledge has helped us to improve our product and offer and making us a competitive option for our distributors and customers.
Expected long term effects
In the long term, we can build on our product portfolio, use the existing distributor network and create new partners, as with a wider product range we will become an even more attractive partner. This will lead to increased sales and increased revenues for the company. Another major benefit is increased demand and production, which will lead to more jobs, greater engagement and closer collaboration with local partners throughout the value chain.
Approach and implementation
The planned arrangement worked according to plan. The hired experts demonstrated great competence and were important in the implementation of the project. The execution of the project was not affected by feared technical or business risks. We found enough relevant data and the digital way of working worked optimally and was combined with physical meetings.
