Important results from the project
The aim was to successfully market validate and market our new, unique, web-based prediction methodology, develop our company and our business model, market our activities, and, if possible, find partners / investors. We believe that our market validation, marketing and development of the company and the business model have been very successful. We have found partners and gained interest from investors.
Expected long term effects
Successful market and method validation, marketing and business and business development were expected to be seen in satisfied customers and increased customer base in the international arena. The result is that we have gained many new customers, including large international pharmaceutical companies from 3 continents, and seen a satisfied clientele.
Approach and implementation
All planned activities were started immediately. Initially, we put a lot of time and resources into engaging experienced consultants, strengthening the business model and marketing, and finding method validators. Gradually, more was invested in travel and advertising to make us feel international and meet customers. During the latter part of the year, the focus increased on finding partners and strengthening the web service with a solution for increased user security.
