Purpose and goal

Development and verification of the BrightAct Alliance, a collaborative platform for support in intimate partner violence (IPV), solving the issues of inadequate collaboration between stakeholders and insecure chat solutions when supporting help seekers. Creating the conditions necessary to meet the expected level of support. The platform will assist professionals in securely communicating the appropriate support to help seekers and effectively coordinating support with other stakeholders. Project´s stakeholders: Rädda barnen, Länsstyrelsen Stockholm, Alltid sedd.

Expected effects and result

The expectation is a shortened path to the right type of support and contacts, both for support seekers and between professionals It creates cooperation and simplifies the distribution of support and reduces the administrative burden for professionals. The project will increase the security of communication between the individual and the organizations as well as between the organizations and enable simplified processes. We want to optimize collaboration between organizations to create a safer society.

Planned approach and implementation

Develop and test a prototype for the platform together with the needs owners and start with a user-driven design. Test and validate the platform´s functions and security together with the needs owners and external parties. Preparations for the implementation with the technical and organizational aspects to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding of the customers on the platform.
