Important results from the project
Our aim to fight loneliness & bridge generations. We do this by challenging established societal challenges by attracting and activating people to live together across generational or cultural boundaries. We have taken a leap in our vision by building the platform that we can use as a method for the solution. Our goal is to create an attractive solution for our customers to generate revenue to build a solid foundation to then scale this up to the masses and also initiate exciting collaborations with for example municipalities via the societal challenges we address.
Expected long term effects
We´ve been able to package our product and build the digital infrastructure to power a customer journey. This has given us valuable knowledge related to product customisation by target audience. We understand our customers better and how we can serve their needs. This new knowledge with the experience we have had and the network of contacts we have built will be crucial to satisfy a user-friendly service and an innovative product in the market.
Approach and implementation
The project can be summarised in three stages. Collaboration & preparation Preparing and involving key partners to complete the project. A detailed mock-up is drawn as a basis for future development. Development, exploration & test environment Product development for both application and website. New collaborations and partnerships are explored. Working with beta testers, compiling data to improve the product. Market application & evaluation. Marketing through social media advertising, promotional mailings and ads, etc.
