Important results from the project

The platform offers knowledge and functions that enable artists to take control of their own activities and development. The following objective not achieved: * Long-term funding, operating organization * Pilot of Gårdsbutiken * ordering / developing the Gårdsbutiken pilot took significantly more time / resources than we calculated with while ensuring that our functions / services thoroughly meet our customer needs.

Expected long term effects

The project in Step 1 has not been completed. However, during our extensive work, we have not come up with any new information / knowledge that causes a revision of the scope / objective of the project´s original idea - rather, we have been strengthened in the idea that there really is a great need. This means that the clear ambition is to resume work as soon as the opportunity arises.

Approach and implementation

We have achieved the following results/ outcome: * Based on the current phase of the project, we have completed: * Market and value analysis * Customer analysis (Fans and artists) * Potential future funding * Established a network of potential partners for both development and operational phase * Completed requirements specification (validated by Fans and Artists) regarding functions / services for pilot development of Gårdsbutiken * Business model * IP plan (Intellectual Property Plan)
