Important results from the project
The aim of SIP STRIM annual conference, "Bergforskdagarna" was to arrange a conference and attract a minimum 120 participants. The conference took place 31 May - 1 June in Luleå. The theme of the conference was Smart green mining and 150 people particpated during the two days.
Expected long term effects
The conference had 150 participants over two days and gathered key stakholders in the area of swedish mining innovation.
Approach and implementation
The first conference day had the theme "Smart green mining" and speakers and audience was engaged in good discussions, the second day concluded results from SIP STRIM projects and also this day attracted many paricipants. The conference was a platform and meetingplace for different views on sustainable mining from industry, academy, NGO and public stakeholders.
